Job description – Oracle Presales Manager
The Oracle Presales Manager acts as a link between Business Line and Market Unit Sales, proactively generating business in the Oracle area. The Presales Manager is expected to drive the lead closure, help during the proposal response stages and in following up on leads. The Presales Manager will focus on Oracle CRM and ERP projects, primarily targeting new customers and new business opportunities for existing customers.
Co-operation surfaces are Market Unit Sales, Other Business Lines Sales, Offering Management, Staffing & Delivery Management where the Presales Manager ensures that the BU had adequate knowledge to proactively prepare itself for the future and provide inputs for the Offering development.
The person is expected to work on customer assignments at certain times to secure large transformation cases for the Oracle based business.
The Oracle Presales Manager will be measured on Oracle Apps Total Contract Value (TCV), Sales by Service Type (new business/extensions) and contribution to new offering ideas/solutions.
The Presales Manager reports to Head of Presales & Offering Management (Enterprise Application Services Business Unit).
Your background
We are looking for applicants with minimum 10 years of experience from the IT sector, of which 5 years of experience related to Oracle applications. Other requirements are:
– Extensive knowledge of Oracle applications at a functional level
– Experience from a similar position (sales/presales)
– Fluent in Swedish and English

– Strong business acumen and extensive market knowledge
– Visionary, creative, good ability to identify new business opportunities
– Self-motivated
– Customer focused and ability to build strong customer relations.
