Syncron intends to strengthen the sales organization in the Nordics and in Western European countries by recruiting a new sales executive. The role will require the candidate to operate independently, focusing on developing new business, based in Stockholm, as part of a European team of 10 Sales Executives.
The ideal candidate will have the drive and ambition to work for a small sized, yet global software company with strong growth aspirations. A vast majority of the time will be spent at customer sites, (about 60% of time) thus extensive travelling and personal time management will be a critical part of this role. This person will furthermore need to shape detailed road maps for sales activities based on the strategic direction provided by company.
As a Sales Executive you are first and foremost passionate about developing new business, and able to be hands on in customer environments. Thus, have the creativity, energy and enthusiasm to build up a pipeline based on own efforts, as well as to successfully navigate through complex sales cycles and bring them to a closure.
The candidate shall also have an ability to work with contractual aspects of the sales process even though the sales team is supported in this aspect by an in-house legal team. In order to excel in this role, it will require you to have strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals, managing multiple steak-holders.

  • At least 5-year track record of hitting plan for new business sales.
  • Experience of selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience of sales into Large Global companies within the manufacturing sector.
  • Ideally the candidate will have experience of Supply chain, product pricing or a background selling ERP.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Native Swedish and fluent English (Written and spoken) is required and additional languages especially German is a plus.
  • A teamplayer
  • Higher educational qualifications to Degree level is a plus.
